Canto 21 is not responsible for any kind of fees, after the packing preparation to ship. Getting all kinds of payments done is necessary for us to release the orders for you to arrive.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Items must be examined at the moment they are received. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item; you can make a return with a report, signed both by you and the carrier at that moment. In this cases, we will take care the situation with you to make things right.
In other kinds of situations; we kindly accept returns of items which are not damaged in any kind of way, within 10 business days from your received order.
Items must be returned under the same conditions as first received and must include all the packaging materials inside, if once had. Customer will be responsible for any return shipping or delivery charges.
You will get an email when we receive your return, then inspect the items carefully. Credit card orders will get refunds 10 business days after the customer gets that mail. Delivery Services and Shipping fees are not refundable.
